2015! What a year…the year that i have grown into motherhood, met so many amazing people, the year my grandmother passed away, the year that has given me a lot of creative opportunities, a year of ups and some downs. This blog has been here for me when life got too stressful, to hard and too overwhelming and it has been great to write, type and talk to an audience of people from all over the world who share my passion.
A quick review: (real quick :)) Continue reading
It has been a crazy week so far for me starting off with me quitting my daily job! Yes this is definitely a #girlboss moment and i have decided that i am just not the person who could sit in an office an wither away, there is more to me than that. Even though i have a family to think of and it is a bit of a risk right now, i feel great about my decision and am lucky enough to have support for it. I am looking forward to working more on my blog, be more interactive and expand it to something bigger. It is great to have you all as my followers that i will take along on this journey. Stay tuned…
Now let’s talk fashion! My favorite topic 🙂 Continue reading
So since many of you are interested in more beauty related topics i have chosen to write about how to last through those party nights, or a long day at work without having those mirror freak out wondering where your lipstick disappeard to. Your face does not have to show how exhausting or stressed you are and by creating a long-lasting look you will spend more time in the moment and less time in the mirror 🙂 Continue reading
I know it has been a while, but between holiday prepping ( in this case chanukah ) and work, giftshopping, babycare i am a bit overwhelmed these days….who isn’t. So for me to unwind a bit after a long stressy day i need my home to be warm and welcoming. A cozy home is not entirely about looks; it is mostly related to how posessions can enhance that sense of sweet familiarity. I have gathered 5 of my favorite things that you all should get in order to make your home cozy and enchanting. I will also share with you Continue reading
I know i have been MIA lately but whoever follows me on Instagram knows that i took a short trip over to europe to visit my sister. Now i love traveling but it was the first time that i left behind my husband and kiddo and it felt different than traveling when single. I was extremely nervous and stressed packing up myself and my kid that i left at a babysitter. Responsibilities could really take a toll on you. Nevertheless i had a great, short but sweet time with my family. Most of the time i was simply jetlag
( feeling drunk, sleepdeprived and disoriented all at once just for those who do not know what that means 🙂 ) but i still managed to go do some gift shopping on the streets. It is the first time Continue reading
We all love shopping and we all love clothing but sometimes it is hard to find that perfect shape, color or size and we get frustrated. Shopping could be fun but it could sometimes turn out to be a hassle. Waiting in line, trying on multiple clothing pieces only to through it on the “no good’ pile, finding what we had in mind and so many other things could make shopping turn from pleasure into a total headache. Here are 5 tips to help you score all the things you need in your next shopping spree. Continue reading
There are now quite a few people who visit my blog, but besides the lovely comments and support ( which i love) , I really have no clue who you all are. I feel like you are my anonymous friends whom i share things with but heck i have no idea who you actually are. lol Anyways, I put together a reader survey that will help me get to know what super girls are hanging out here and what YOU like about this site. You know, so I can make it even more exciting for you! And no it is nothing like one of those endless checkbox surveys you used to take in college. It’s short and sweet 🙂 It probably won’t take you more than one minute to finish. But hey one minute is expensive these days so i would really love you immensly if you decide to spend it on my little survey.
I will share the outcomes in a later post so you all get to benefit in reading what everyone is up to. Do not miss out on the fun and lets get to know each other 🙂

It’s definitely getting colder here in NYC. The trees are getting bare, days are getting shorter and nights longer. I happen to love the part where you can snuggle up on your couch with fluffy slippers and a hot cocoa and watch the latest season of project runway. The only thing i do not like is that when i come home from a day at work and it is basically dark outside already. But hey you cannot have everything. Here are 5 of the things that i think you must have when the season changes for the colder. Continue reading
I have been a bit under the weather the past two days. Being sick while you are a mom is the worst thing ever. You feel like crap and your kid needs your attention but you simply do not have the strength to give it to him which then makes you upset. But thankfully i knew it is just temporary and i admired much more all of the amazing moms and ladies out there who are chronically ill.
This post was inspired by the lovely Jassy from lavender, life and everything nice. She was struggling with some fashion issues and so i suggested she send me over her questions and i will write a post and answer them. Hopefully some of you could relate and get insights and tips to help you out. Continue reading
